There is hope for Predator Prey?
My buddy attended the premiere in Hollywood last night and actually liked it, and a Twitter user said more of the same, so maybe there is hope the flick will be decent.
“I actually really dug it. Action, choreography was intense,” said my friend. “Definitely better than what I was expecting.”
He also confirmed Prey ties into something else.
“There is a [SPOILER] tie-in,” he said.
I also asked about the flick being woke, but he said the male characters look good.
“There is a strong male presence so it didn’t feel like some Wonder Woman 1984 shitting on men sort of film,” he said. “I’m curious to see how the critics react to it. I think it’s one of the better Predator films in a good while.”
That said, he did say, “It was kind of BS how much she improved as a hunter from the beginning of the film to the end, but there was really no other way she could have taken the Predator on at the end. The Predator had her overpowered in every possible way physically, was tossing her around like a rag doll.”
Heard good things about #Prey from a buddy that went to the premiere. Maybe there’s hope. #Predator #hulu pic.twitter.com/EeKmrx8ETc

#PreyMovie #prey initial thoughts, good movie, everything is earned, she isn’t a Mary Sue, goes through some serious shit to get where she goes. The predator is brutal. Utterly brutal. Some of the best kills we’ve ever seen. Great music, good cinematography, good movie all in all
