Good news, Helldivers! Arrowhead Studios looks to actually be dropping a cool Warbond for Helldivers 2 with Force of Law, which gets released next week on June 12.
The Warbonds haven’t been that good as of late. I actually have unused Super Credits in my account, just sitting there, as there is nothing I actually want to buy.
That looks to be changing with Force of Law, which offers Helldivers the AR-32 Pacifier, the G-109 Urchin stun grenade, the AX/ARC-3 “Guard Dog” K-9, the GL-52 De-Escalator support weapon, and more. Per the norm, there are various armors, patterns, and emotes.
Question: Where was this for the final battle for Super Earth?!
Anyway, on social media, I’ve been critical of the game’s guns, even with the new weapon customizations. Fact is, they’re either not powerful enough or there isn’t enough ammo. Oh, and it has nothing to do with skill. I’m a level 150 Helldiver (insert sunglasses smiley emoji).
Update: The stats are out. TBH, it looks like another Warbond that’s not too promising. Might be worth it for the AX/ARC-3 “Guard Dog” K-9, though.
Update #2: I’ve been playing with the new Warbond. I really like the GL-52 De-Escalator support weapon. It’s basically the grenade launcher with a secondary effect from arc weaponry. It can take out Bile Titans and the like. It’s pretty OP, actually. The AR-32 Pacifier is okay. There does seem to be a lot of ammo; however, it would be better if it packed a bit more of a punch. I guess then it would basically be the Stalwart, but it would be nice to have a good primary that doesn’t take up a stratagem slot.

AR-32 Pacifier
So with the Force of Law Warbond, they’re introducing a new primary gun, the AR-32 Pacifier, which looks promising. It’s described as a large capacity assault rifle, so hopefully that means more ammo with a bigger kick.
AX/ARC-3 “Guard Dog” K-9
The AX/ARC-3 “Guard Dog” K-9 stratagem also looks pretty cool. It’s arc-powered and looks to really pack a punch. I can’t help but wonder if it’s going to fry fellow Helldivers, though?!
G-109 Urchin stun grenade
The G-109 Urchin stun grenade throwable looks to be similar to the thermite in that it attaches itself onto the bad guys. It seems to continue to pulse until it kills them. Again, where was this for the Battle of Super Earth? Watch the trailer below, which teases that it was supposed to have already been released. Would have helped a lot against those Fleshmobs!
GL-52 De-Escalator support weapon
The GL-52 De-Escalator grenade launcher stratagem fires high-powered arc grenades. Obviously, the theme of this Warbond is arc weaponry. Again, that would have helped a lot (lol).
New Armor
The new armors include the BP-20 Correct Officer medium armor and the BP-32 Jackboot light armor. The official info offers: Both armors come with the Ballistic Padding passive that grants the wearer higher resistance to chest damage, explosive damage, and all damage from bleeding.
New Capes
The new capes are described as: Miranda’s Legacy or the Mother Eagle’s Wings capes, and their matching player cards, in coordinating blue and gold color schemes.
New Patterns
New patterns include: FRV, rolls down the street with the True Blue pattern, also available for your Exosuits and Hellpods.
New Booster
Equip the new booster–Stun Pods–which hotwires your drops to shock nearby suspects into a stupor.
New Emotes
This Warbond comes with three hand signal emotes for Hold, Silence, and Group Up.
New title
You’ll be able to equip the Extra Judicial title, reserved only for those who protect and serve the citizens of Super Earth.
