Mortal Kombat: Legacy Kollection has officially been announced, and it’s everything longtime fans have been asking for.
Revealed during Sony’s latest State of Play, the collection comes from Digital Eclipse and brings a blood-soaked batch of classic Mortal Kombat titles to PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 in 2025.

The Kollection: What’s Included
Digital Eclipse is known for reviving classic games with polish and respect, and Legacy Kollection follows suit. You’re getting the original arcade and home versions of the best Mortal Kombat games from the 1990s and early 2000s, complete with online multiplayer powered by rollback netcode.
Confirmed titles so far:
- Mortal Kombat (1992) – Arcade, SNES, Genesis, Game Boy, Game Gear
- Mortal Kombat II (1993) – Arcade, SNES, Genesis, Game Boy, 32X
- Mortal Kombat 3 (1995) – Arcade, SNES, Genesis
- Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 (1995) – Arcade, SNES
- Mortal Kombat 4 (1997) – Arcade
- Mortal Kombat Advance (2001) – Game Boy Advance
- Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (2002) – Game Boy Advance
- Mortal Kombat: Tournament Edition (2003) – Game Boy Advance
