Hulk Hogan is in talks for the villain role in The Exependables 4.
Hogan, who first informed the Hulkamaniacs of his planned invovement in the fourth film of the Expendables franchise over a year ago, recently participated in a Q&A in the UK where he let the news be known (via wrestlinginc).
“Was talking on the phone with Sly [Stallone] about doing The Expendables 4. We’re trying to figure out a way to maybe turn me into the most evil man in the world. Y’know, Stallone gave me my first break and he’s been a great friend for all these years … We had a great conversation, talking about the possibilities. Can I still run, can I still jump? Well, not as fast or not as high, but I think Hollywood could find a good stunt man to help me out.”
Hogan’s first break in Hollywood was portraying Thunderlips in Rocky III.
While Hogan, real name Terry Bollea, is known for his good-guy Hulk Hogan character in wrestling, in the 90s, Hogan took a heel turn donning the popular Hollywood Hogan persona that was a part of the NWO and WCW.
Hogan also stated in the QnA he will be involved with Wrestlemania 32 in hopes of breaking the attendance record at Arlington, Texas. The old WWE record of 93,173, which took place at Wrestelmania 3 and featured Hogan vs. Andre The Giant, was broken in 2010 by the NBA All-Star Game with 108,713.

Fox is developing an Expendables TV series which will feature television action stars.
Deadline reports Sylvester Stallone is involved on the project as an executive producer, with NCIS‘ Shane Brennan serving as showrunner.
The Expendables TV series is described “as a fun action drama that unites iconic TV stars as a new team of highly-skilled heroes who are on a mission to stop a dangerous terrorist.”
The report notes no cast has been announced as of yet, but making up the new team could be actors such as: Chuck Norris (Walker Texas Ranger) who is already a part of the franchise, Magnum P.I.s Tom Selleck, Kiefer Sutherland (24), Mr. T (A-Team), Lucy Lawless (Xena), Scott Bakula (Quantum Leap), Jennifer Garner (Alias), and Sullivan Stapleton and Philip Winchester (Strike Back).
A few others I can think of might be: David Hasselhoff (Knight Rider, Baywatch), Jan-Michael Vincent (Airwolf), William Shatner (TJ Hooker, Star Trek), Erika Astrada and Larry Wilcox (Chips), Michael Dorn (Star Trek), Lou Ferrigno (Incredible Hulk), Adam West (Batman), Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy), John Schneider and Tom Wopat (Dukes Of Hazzard) and Lynda Carter (Wonder Woman).
. . . to make a good action film? The answer is one, but Sly Stallone saw fit to answer with 11 in his Texas Hold ‘Em all-in experimental blockbuster, The Expendables. The theory behind this production is perhaps the most interesting aspect of it all, namely, you get as many alpha personalities of a
