Electronic Arts revealed a second trailer at E3 for the upcoming Star Wars: Battlefront video game, which is set on the planet of Tattooine.

The first Star Wars: Battlefront E3 trailer featured multiplayer gameplay with “Walker Assault On Hoth.”

Survival is one of several Mission types in Star Wars Battlefront. As a rebel soldier, your task is to stay alive against increasingly difficult waves of Imperial forces. There are 15 waves in total and in each wave, players will face off against Stormtroopers, AT-STs, and anything in between.

If you want to clear all 15 waves the Force must surely be with you – along with your wits and weapons. Learn to recognise and adapt to the different kinds of enemies. Dodge the long-distance fire of the Scouttroopers and keep your eyes open to spot incoming TIE Fighters and the optical camouflage-wearing Shadowtroopers. Lose the lives you start out with and you’re out.

Survival can be played on all the planets in Star Wars Battlefront including Endor, Hoth, Sullust and Tatooine, and the maps have been specially designed with this Mission type in mind. Learn the environments and keep your eyes peeled; extra lives and Drop Pods with powerups will appear regularly. Grabbing this loot can tip the odds of surviving in your favour.

If you play Survival on your own the experience will be great, but taking on the Empire together with a Rebel friend can be even greater. Available on PlayStation®4 and Xbox One, couch co-op via split-screen makes the tension and immersion of Survival amazing. You and your Rebel partner will use your respective strengths in the heat of battle and make quick strategic decisions as you prepare for the next wave, all from the comforts of your own couch. You can also take the co-op fight for survival online if you’re playing on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. 

Star Wars Battlefront will allow fans to live out a wide range of heroic moments and intense battle fantasies of their own – firing blasters, riding speeder bikes and snow speeders, commanding AT-ATs and piloting TIE fighters and the Millennium Falcon. These battles will take place on some of the most iconic planets in the Star Wars universe, including Endor, Hoth, Tatooine and the previously unexplored planet,Sullust. Gamers will be able to play as some of the most memorable characters in the original trilogy such as Darth Vader and Boba Fett. Star Wars Battlefront will feature a wide range of modes tailored for different types of battles, from larger 40-person competitive multiplayer to crafted missions that are played solo, with a friend via split-screen offline or co-operatively online.

Fans who pre-order Star Wars Battlefront will be among the first players to experience the Battle of Jakku, the pivotal moment when the New Republic confronted key Imperial holdouts on a remote desert planet on the Outer Rim. Taking place in the aftermath of the Rebel victory in the Battle of Endor, players will experience the events that created the massive, battle-scarred landscape of Jakku shown in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Players who pre-order Star Wars Battlefront can fight the battle one-week early starting on December 1, 2015. All other players will get access to this free content on December 8, 2015.

Check out the trailer released at E3 for Warhammer: The End Times – Vermintide, a co-operative action first person shooter and melee combat adventure set in the End Times of the iconic Warhammer Fantasy universe.

In Vermintide, the city of Ubersreik is under siege as players select from a band of five heroes with different play-styles and abilities, all equipped with unique gear and personalities. Working together cooperatively, players must use their individual attributes to survive an apocalyptic invasion from hordes of relentless, power hungry Skaven, across a range of environments stretching from the top of the Magnus Tower to the bowels of the Under Empire.

Vermintide is scheduled for release in the second half of 2015, for Windows PC, the Xbox One, all-in-one games and entertainment system from Microsoft via the ID Xbox self-publishing program, and PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system.

The time of mortals is ending, and the reign of Chaos draws ever closer. The Dark Gods are at last united in a singular purpose, loosing their madness across the world as never before. In the Empire of Sigmar, Karl Franz’s gaze is focused on the incursion of the savage northmen, but it is not the only threat. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and Avalanche Studios released the Mad Max “Eye of the Storm” Story Trailer, depicting the merciless Wasteland tyrant Scrotus, who Max must overcome as he attempts to build the ultimate war vehicle and leave the madness of The Wasteland behind.

Mad Max will be released on September 1, 2015 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
