Jonathan Majors' Lawyer Says Marvel Actor Will Be 'Fully Exonerated'

The lawyer for Jonathan Majors says the Marvel actor will be fully exonerated, which follows it recently learned his talent manager and PR team have dropped the actor in addition to a host of projects parting ways and rumors there are new victims.

“Jonathan Majors is innocent and has not abused anyone,” attorney Priya Chaudhry stated Wednesday, following allegations of new victms and which follows the recent news that includes Majors has lost two movies and an ad campaign with the MLB. “We have provided irrefutable evidence to the District Attorney that the charges are false. We are confident that he will be fully exonerated.”

Among the proof the lawyer has publicly revealed are texts from Majors’ girlfriend where she admits fault; however, the NYC district attorney is still moving forward with charges and Jonathan Majors is due in court on May 8.

Update: The lawyers have revealed screenshots of video that may exonerate the actor.

There is also talk of additional victims, as reports have surfaced from Twitter users that the Kang actor has a history of violence and is abusive, cruel and a sociopath.

Disney monitoring the situation

Variety also adds that Jonathan Majors “is poised to earn $20 million” for Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and “Disney is monitoring the fast-moving situation and has time to move deliberately,’ regarding making a decision on the actor’s fate in the MCU.”

Reports have offered Marvel is prepping to replace Majors as Kang the Conqueror in the MCU if things continue to go south with Jonathan Majors, with the name of Damson Idris surfacing as a potential replacement.

It’s confirmed that Majors has already filmed Season 2 of Loki and will be starring in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty in 2025 as well as Avengers: Secret Wars in 2026.

If Jonathan Majors is replaced as Kang the Conqueror, it’s assumed the new actor will simply be explained as being another variant that doesn’t look like the other Kangs, much like how all the Loki variants look different than Tom Hiddleston.

As a result of his arrest in March, the actor has lost his talent manager, his PR firm, ad campaigns with the U.S. Army and the Texas Rangers MLB team, and roles in The Man in My Basement and an Otis Redding biopic.

The injuries were serious enough that the girlfriend went to the hospital as she reportedly suffered “sustained minor injuries to her head and neck,” according to the NYC Deputy Commissioner of Public Information.
