Check out the latest set images out of Vancouver for new Superman Tyler Hoechlin in Supergirl Season 2.
Though Tyler Hoechlin has been catching some flak online for seemingly being a “skinny” version of Superman (I’ve never thought of Superman jacked myself), we see the the producers are taking a page out of the source material.
Check out Supergirl set images revealing Tyler Hoechlin as Clark Kent unbuttoning his shirt to change into the Man of Steel (something that hasn’t happened on the big screen with Henry Cavill).
According to the Canadagraphs Twitter account, these images are from the first episode of Supergirl Season 2.
It will also be interesting to see if they give Superman theme music on Supergirl.
The CW also starts re-aring Supergirl Season 1 today with double episodes.
Supergirl Season 2 premieres in October on The CW also starring Melissa Benoist.
