While making the rounds talking Spider-Man 4 and promoting his new non-alcoholic beer, Tom Holland confirms the reports he has been cast in a new Christopher Nolan movie.
Details are scarce, but it’s known the flick will start filming next year for its July 17, 2026 release date.
“When the opportunity came in, it was the phone call of a lifetime,” Holland said on Good Morning America in an interview on Wednesday. “It was reminiscent of getting the call about Spider-Man 10 years ago.”
He continued, “It’s an amazing thing for me. I’m super proud and I’m really, really excited.”
Holland also claims he doesn’t know much.
“All I can say is that I’m incredibly excited, and, obviously honored, but that’s all I can say because, to be honest, that’s all I know.”
Reports have offered the new Christopher Nolan movie may be a period piece as it has been said not to be set in the present day.
Wild rumors have even offered the film is a vampire movie, but those might not be true. What might be true is the new Nolan film might be a horror movie.
The film is also set to star Matt Damon and will be released on IMAX.
Regarding Spider-Man 4, Tom Holland confirmed it’s definitely happening and also films next year.
