Filming on Spider-Man: Brand New Day continues in Glasgow, and new set footage shows Tom Holland’s Spider-Man swinging through the air in a wire-assisted stunt.
The scene appears to be part of a larger street-level action sequence, with Holland leaping between vehicles on a New York-style set. Explosions are seen going off nearby as stunt cars flip and debris scatters across the street.
Explosions and Damage Control Convoy Scene
The stunt footage looks to tie directly into the previously teased Department of Damage Control (DODC) convoy sequence, which also reportedly involves Jon Bernthal’s Punisher.
The Glasgow location is filled with American props, NYPD cruisers, and DODC vehicles, indicating a large-scale tactical set piece, possibly a central action scene early in the movie.
First Look at Jon Bernthal’s New Punisher Suit
For the first time, fans now get a full view of Jon Bernthal suited up as the Punisher.
The new look has the black and white color scheme but features more tactical gear and added body armor. The skull emblem remains, but it appears larger and whiter.
The Punisher has a slightly new look in the leaked photos from the Marvel set!

Street-Level Action for Brand New Day
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is shaping up to be Marvel’s return to street-level storytelling, as confirmed by Kevin Feige in recent interviews.
Between Spider-Man’s grounded new suit, the return of a fully geared-up Punisher, and stunt-heavy practical effects, the tone is clearly shifting away from multiversal spectacle and back to gritty street crime.

The film stars Tom Holland, Jon Bernthal, Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Michael Mando, Sadie Sink, and Liza Colón-Zayas. Directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, Spider-Man: Brand New Day is set to hit theaters on July 31, 2026.
