Production on Spider-Man: Brand New Day continues in Glasgow, and now we’ve got our first look at Tom Holland on set as Spider-Man, suited up and filming a car chase sequence in the streets dressed as New York.
Spidey in Action
New set video shows Holland in full costume on top of a tank in what looks like a major street-level chase scene. The clip reveals the actor getting ready and being a part of the same Department of Damage Control (DODC) convoy sequence teased earlier, the one involving Punisher and maybe even Scorpion.
Footage also show damaged cars, stunt rigs, and NYC props like yellow taxis, police vehicles, and American storefronts lining the streets of Glasgow.

Another Angle on the Convoy Scene
Earlier reports suggested the convoy sequence would be a showdown between Spider-Man and Punisher, with Jon Bernthal also spotted on set near an armored vehicle. Holland’s car chase scene is part of the same extended set piece, which seems to span multiple days of shooting.
Local outlets confirmed multiple stunt setups involving car flips and drones flying overhead, capturing the action.
First Glimpse at the New Suit in Motion
While Sony already released official teasers of Holland’s new Spider-Man suit, this is the first time fans are seeing it in action.
The costume keeps the red-and-blue color scheme but trades tech-heavy upgrades for a more grounded, streamlined design, fitting the movie’s street-level focus.
What’s the Story?
As previously confirmed, Brand New Day follows Peter Parker after the events of No Way Home, where he’s left completely on his own. Producer Amy Pascal says the story centers on Peter giving up his personal life and fully becoming Spider-Man.
Marvel Studios head Kevin Feige has teased a darker, more grounded tone, with Spider-Man handling crime in the streets rather than multiversal threats. He also said the Punisher’s return ties directly into that tone, calling it a return to Spider-Man’s comic roots.
Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk is also said to come into play where the Hulk battles it out with Spider-Man and The Punisher before the true villain stands revealed.
