New set photos from Spider-Man: Brand New Day reveal the return of the Punisher’s van, complete with the signature skull logo painted on the hood.
The design closely resembles the tactical vehicle used in the Netflix Punisher series, tying Jon Bernthal’s MCU return directly to his previous portrayal of Frank Castle.
The van appears heavily armored, with black paint and reinforced plating, staying true to the vigilante’s street-level war on crime. Fans of the Netflix series will recognize it immediately as one of Punisher’s most iconic pieces of gear.

Spider-Man on the Roof
In the same sequence, Tom Holland’s Spider-Man is spotted on top of the Punisher’s van in full costume, apparently riding along as Castle drives (watch below). The scene shows the two characters working together in hot pursuit of a military vehicle — believed to be part of the Department of Damage Control convoy teased in earlier leaks.
The chase runs through the Glasgow streets dressed as New York, with multiple stunt rigs, police vehicles, and pyrotechnics in play. It’s unclear whether Punisher and Spider-Man are aligned for the entire sequence or if this is a brief alliance of convenience.

Ties to the Convoy Action Scene
This appears to be part of the same large-scale action sequence that has been filming over several days, involving explosions, stunt cars, and even a tank. Earlier reports suggested the convoy may be carrying something — or someone — both Punisher and Spider-Man are after.
The presence of the skull-logo van adds another layer of continuity for Punisher fans while giving Brand New Day a visual callback to one of Marvel’s grittiest on-screen heroes.
