Marvel Zombies is back with a new trailer, hyping the upcoming four-part animated event that hits Disney+ on September 24.
A Four-Part Event on Disney+
Marvel Animation confirmed Marvel Zombies will stream as a limited series, with all four episodes dropping at once.
The show expands on the storyline first introduced in What If…? and continues the undead twist on the Marvel Universe. This time, Blade, Scarlet Witch, Shang-Chi, and other heroes step into the spotlight as survivors facing the plague.
The New Trailer
The latest footage leans into the darker tone.
The narration warns, “No one is safe,” before promising “the battle they will sing about for ages.” The trailer builds with the defiant line, “This is not the night we fall,” punctuated by a shouted “No!” as heroes clash with swarms of zombies. Quick cuts show Blade front and center, alongside familiar MCU faces in desperate battles.

Returning MCU Talent
The cast includes some of Marvel’s biggest names. Florence Pugh returns as Yelena Belova, Hailee Steinfeld voices Kate Bishop, Elizabeth Olsen is back as Scarlet Witch, and Simu Liu reprises Shang-Chi. Paul Rudd brings Ant-Man to the mix, Tessa Thompson is Valkyrie, Wyatt Russell is John Walker, and Iman Vellani returns as Ms. Marvel. Blade is voiced by Todd Williams, replacing Mahershala Ali.
Mature Rating
Marvel Zombies is the first MCU series to carry a TV-MA rating, marking a shift in tone compared to the rest of Marvel’s Disney+ lineup. Even Moon Knight only carried a TV-14, making this a step into more graphic territory.
Release Date
Marvel Zombies premieres September 24, 2025, streaming exclusively on Disney+.
