The studio is urging fans to wishlist the game now as hype continues to build following the brutal State of Play reveal.
What to Expect From Insomniac’s Wolverine
According to the official PlayStation Store page, the game follows Logan as he searches for answers about his past, unleashing brutal claw combat, violent rage, and relentless determination along the way.
Insomniac promises a darker, more mature experience compared to its Spider-Man titles. Wolverine is described as a living weapon who will stop at nothing to uncover the truth about the man he used to be.
The game is being developed in collaboration with Marvel Games and Sony Interactive Entertainment and is built exclusively for PlayStation 5.
A Mature, Brutal Take on Logan
The first full trailer showcased bloody combat, dismemberment, and appearances by characters like Mystique, Omega Red, and a towering Sentinel. Locations include Madripoor, Tokyo, and the Canadian wilderness.
Insomniac says it aims to deliver the ultimate Wolverine fantasy with fast, fluid, ferocious combat and cinematic set pieces that lean heavily into Logan’s berserker rage.
