Emma Corrin is ready to return to Marvel as Cassandra Nova after Deadpool & Wolverine, even though the villain appeared to die at the end of the Marvel movie.
Speaking in a new interview, Corrin said that she would “100%” come back as Cassandra and even pitched a wild idea for where Marvel could take the character next.

When asked if she would ever reprise the role, Corrin made it clear that she is all in.
“I absolutely would, 100%,” Corrin told Variety. “I think her story’s not over.”
Corrin then pitched a reunion between Cassandra Nova and her brother, Professor Charles Xavier.
“I would like to see a Professor X and Cassandra Nova bonding film — a sibling comedy like Step Brothers. Make it happen! Internet, do your thing!”

Cassandra Nova Could Still Return In Marvel
Cassandra Nova was introduced in Deadpool & Wolverine as the powerful twin sister of Professor X.
The movie positioned her as the main villain in the Void, where she controlled other banished characters and became a major threat to Deadpool and Wolverine.
While Cassandra was killed in the film’s finale, Corrin is right that Marvel has plenty of ways to bring characters back.
Deadpool & Wolverine leaned hard into the multiverse, variants, cameos, and characters who were previously thought to be finished.

Corrin Says Deadpool & Wolverine Felt Like A Theme Park
Corrin also opened up about jumping from smaller period dramas to one of the biggest Marvel productions ever made.
“I felt like I was at some kind of theme park all the time because things were just so overwhelming and I was like, ‘This cannot be real. I must be walking around with a visitor’s pass. Like, I can’t belong here,’” Corrin said.
Corrin added that Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman, and director Shawn Levy helped make the experience feel much smaller and less intimidating.
Reynolds, Jackman, and Levy “made it feel like a small thing, not this massive scary thing,” Corrin said, adding that they took the time to get to know them before filming and invited them to hang out whenever they were all in the same city.

Corrin also said the Deadpool & Wolverine team made the Marvel production feel like “a playground.”
“They did so much to make me feel like I was stepping into something that wasn’t daunting at all but was just like a playground. And it really felt like that,” Corrin said. “Especially with Cassandra, because I was in such a position of power as a character.”
Deadpool & Wolverine became a massive hit for Marvel, bringing Reynolds’ Deadpool and Jackman’s Wolverine into the MCU while also using the multiverse to bring back several Fox-era Marvel characters.
For now, Marvel has not announced any plans for Cassandra Nova to return, but Corrin sounds more than ready if Kevin Feige wants to make it happen.
