Henry Cavill’s Wolverine may have only appeared for a few seconds in Deadpool & Wolverine, but Marvel and Hasbro clearly aren’t done with the Cavillrine just yet.
Hasbro has officially revealed a new Marvel Legends figure based on Henry Cavill’s Wolverine variant from the billion-dollar Marvel Studios movie, giving the fan-favorite cameo its own collectible figure in the mainline series.
The timing is also interesting, as Cavill has continued to be linked to Marvel following the release of Deadpool & Wolverine.
As previously reported, Henry Cavill was said to have had additional talks with Marvel, which also lines up with what our own insider first said about Cavill potentially having more going on with the MCU.

Henry Cavill’s Wolverine Gets The Marvel Legends Treatment
The figure is based on the scene in Deadpool & Wolverine where Ryan Reynolds’ Deadpool jumps through different realities while searching for his prime Logan and runs into Cavill’s Wolverine working on a motorcycle.
The scene became one of the movie’s biggest audience reactions, with Deadpool immediately calling him “the Cavillrine,” a meta joke aimed at Cavill’s exit as Superman and the long-running fan demand to see him play Wolverine.
Hasbro’s figure recreates the look from the movie, with Cavill’s Wolverine wearing the white tank top, jeans, boots, and claws. The figure also includes the grease and sweat stains from the scene, along with body hair tampos to match the on-screen look.

Mostly New Figure With Multiple Accessories
According to the reveal, the Cavillrine figure is mostly new and uses updated Marvel Legends tech, including pinless arms and legs along with shoulder rockers for better posing.
The figure comes with swappable hands, including hands with claws and without claws. It also includes two head sculpts: one calm and stoic, and another with a more angry or annoyed expression, giving collectors both sides of Cavill’s brief Wolverine cameo.
It’s a pretty wild full-circle moment. Cavill’s Marvel cameo was basically a quick multiverse gag, but now it has turned into an official Marvel Legends release, which is more than a lot of MCU cameos ever get.

Marvel Still Keeping Cavill’s Wolverine Alive
The figure also keeps Cavill attached to Marvel at a time when fans are still wondering if the cameo was really a one-and-done joke or the start of something else.
Following the release of Deadpool & Wolverine, it was said that Cavill had more talks with Marvel.

We also previously covered the first look at Cavill as Wolverine in the MCU, which immediately fueled speculation that Marvel might have bigger plans for him down the road.
Nothing official has been announced about Cavill returning as Wolverine or playing another Marvel character, but the fact that Hasbro is now putting out an official Cavillrine figure shows Marvel knows there is still fan interest there.

The Henry Cavill Wolverine Marvel Legends figure will be available for mainline pre-order on July 9.
Up next for Henry Cavill, is that he is currently filming the Highlander movie, and it was just announced he’s teaming with Kevin Hart on a Netflix action-comedy.
