Loki Season 2 Rotten Tomatoes Score On The Low Side

Loki Season 2 Rotten Tomatoes Score On The Low Side

Probably not what Kevin Feige, Marvel and Disney+ want to hear, but the Loki Season 2 Rotten Tomatoes Score is on the low side of the MCU.

Earlier it was tied with She-Hulk (77%) as the second-lowest Rotten Tomatoes Score of the MCU shows on Disney+, but a few more positive reviews have raised the score to 82%, which is still low.

Reviewers have been given the first episode to watch early (update: they received the first four episodes), but apparently, it’s not as good as the first season.

Update: The score has rebounded.

Time to worry?

What could be particularly worrisome if Loki Season 2 isn’t any good is it has been thought the series is supposed to connect to both Deadpool 3 and Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, and to a lesser extent the big Avengers: Secret Wars movie.

Deadpool 3 is said to feature Owen Wilson as Mobius with the TVA hot on the trailer of Deadpool who has been messing up the Fox Marvel universe and timeline.

Rumors offer Deadpool 3 directly connects to Avengers: Secret Wars where Hugh Jackman as Wolverine and Ryan Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool are joined by Tobey Maguire as Spider-Man as they lead a group of Marvel Multiverse characters to save the 616 Avengers.

Regarding Avengers: The Kang Dynasty, Jonathan Majors from the Loki series is supposed to star, with rumors offering the Council of Kangs defeats and perhaps imprisons the Avengers, which leads to Secret Wars.

Interestingly enough, there is doubt Kevin Feige might be going forward with Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and that it may actually be canceled.

Loki Season 1 is the most-watched MCU show on Disney+, show if Season 2 bombs, that’s going to be a big issue.

Marvel is already suffering as of late, and so is Disney+, and Disney CEO Bob Iger recently said Disney is pulling back on both Marvel and Star Wars, which obviously means they haven’t been successful.
