Disney Pixar has announced the Toy Story 4 release date!
The Toy Story social networks released the following image of the number four and announced that the Toy Story 4 release date is June 21, 2019.
The Toy Story 4 release date of June 21, 2019 presently sees no competition on the same date, but the Men In Black spinoff comes a week prior, and the following week sees a new Transformers movie getting released.
Toy Story 4 is being directed by Josh Cooley with the movie opening a new chapter in the lives of Woody, Buzz Lightyear, and the Toy Story gang.
Rumors include that Toy Story 4 follows the Woody (Tom Hanks) and Bo Peep (Annie Potts) romance (possible wedding?), with the other voice actors expected to return including Tim Allen (Buzz Lightyear), Laurie Metcalf (Mrs. Davis), Joan Cusack (Jessie), Kristen Schaal (Trixie), Bonnie Hunt (Dolly), Blake Clark (Slinky Dog), Jodi Benson (Barbie), Estelle Harris (Mrs. Potato Head) and Jeff Garlin (Buttercup).
The first Toy Story opened in 1995 and spawned two sequels, Toy Story 2 in 1999 and Toy Story 3 in 2010. The franchise has brought in near $2 billion, with the third moving bringing in over a billion dollars at the box office.
