‘Fantastic Beasts 3’ Rotten Tomatoes Score and Box Office Estimates Are In

The Fantastic Beasts 3 Rotten Tomatoes Score is in as the advanced reviews have been released for the movie that opens in theaters starting on April 15, with the box office estimates also known.

With 65 reviews currently accounted for, the Fantastic Beasts 3 Rotten Tomatoes Score currently stands at 62%; the Audience Score will be made available once the movie opens.

The score is a lot better than the second movie and more comparable to the first, as The Crimes of Grindelwald only has a Rotten Tomatoes Score of 36% and an Audience Score of 54% while the first movie, The Fantastic Beasts and Where To Find Them, has a Rotten Tomatoes Score of 74% and an Audience Score of 79%, so basically we see these movies are pretty much “okay” flicks.

Fantastic Beasts 3 box office estimates

The Fantastic Beasts 3 box office estimates offer a low for the trilogy with a $40-55 million opening, which makes sense as it follows the disappointing The Crimes of Grindelwald which opened to $62 million and finished with a $655 million box office while the first movie opened to $74 million and finished with a $814 million box office.

The release of Fantastic Beasts 3 also happens to get sandwiched between the releases of Sonic the Hedgehog 2 and Marvel’s Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, which just scored the best ticket sales for 2022, so it might be less than fantastic for Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore.

Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore is directed by David Yates, from a screenplay by J.K. Rowling & Steve Kloves, based upon a screenplay by J.K. Rowling.

Synopsis: Professor Albus Dumbledore (Jude Law) knows the powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald (Mads Mikkelsen) is moving to seize control of the wizarding world. Unable to stop him alone, he entrusts Magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) to lead an intrepid team of wizards, witches and one brave Muggle baker on a dangerous mission, where they encounter old and new beasts and clash with Grindelwald’s growing legion of followers. But with the stakes so high, how long can Dumbledore remain on the sidelines?

The film also stars Ezra Miller, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Callum Turner, Jessica Williams, and Katherine Waterston.
