Zack Snyder is continuing his run of DCEU posts, this time going back to Wonder Woman.
After recent posts featuring the Justice League cast, Ben Affleckâs Bruce Wayne car, and Batfleck from Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, Snyder has now shared a black-and-white image from the Wonder Woman Crimea shoot.
Snyder posted the photo on Instagram and wrote, âShot this on my Leica Monochrom during the Wonder Woman Crimea shootâan original story unfolding through the lens. And these were her soldiers.â
Snyder Shares Wonder Woman Crimea Photo
The image features a group of soldiers from the Wonder Woman shoot, with Snyder pointing out that he captured the photo himself on a Leica Monochrom camera.
The Crimea sequence was part of the backstory tied to Wonder Woman and the larger DCEU mythology, showing the kind of world-building Snyder and company were putting together around Gal Gadotâs Diana Prince.
While Patty Jenkins directed Wonder Woman, Snyder helped shape the characterâs introduction in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice and had a major hand in the early DCEU story direction. Insiders have actually told us Snyder filmed scenes.
In today’s dollars, Wonder Woman, released in 2017, would have brought in a massive $1.1 billion.

Fans Still Want More SnyderVerse
The comments are also once again lit up from fans wanting the return of the SnyderVerse.
Snyderâs posts continue to show how much interest remains in his version of the DC universe.
Whether it is Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, or the Justice League, SnyderVerse fans keep showing up whenever Snyder shares another piece of his DCEU archive.
