Superman & Lois Shows Off Tyler Hoechlin As Clark Kent

Superman & Lois Shows Off Tyler Hoechlin As Clark Kent

The CW has released another new poster for the upcoming Superman & Lois TV series, this time featuring Tyler Hoechlin as the mild-mannered Clark Kent as well as Elizabeth Tulloch as Lois.

As the poster shows off, Lois and Clark return to Smallville, for some unexplained reason, where they raise their two teenage sons, who just might start to exhibit powers of their own.

Check it out below as well as a poster of the new Tyler Hoechlin Superman suit.

Recently also saw the news that David Ramsey will be returning to the Arrowverse for five episodes. The last we saw of Diggle was at the Season finale of Arrow where Diggle was given a Green Lantern ring and he moved to Metropolis, so maybe we’ll see Diggle cross paths with Superman. There are rumors that Green Lantern Blackest Night might start in Superman & Lois.

The CW is also developing a series based on Naomi who has connections to Superman as well, as the comic starts off with a fight between Superman and Mongul in her home town which kicks off a quest for Namoi as she attempts to uncover the last time a super-powered person visited her home—and how that might tie into her own origins and adoption. So maybe Naomi will also tie into Superman & Lois.

Superman & Lois premieres Feb. 23 at 9 p.m., following The Flash and also stars Jordan Elsass as the young Jonathan Kent, Alex Garfin as the young Jordan Kent, Emmanuelle Chriqui as Lana Lang Cushing, Inde Navarrette as Sarah Cushing, Joselyn Picard as Sophie Cushing, with Dylan Walsh as General Sam Lane..

Superman & Lois series synopsis:

In Superman & Lois, after years of facing megalomaniacal supervillains, monsters wreaking havoc on Metropolis, and alien invaders intent on wiping out the human race, the world’s most famous superhero, The Man of Steel aka Clark Kent (Tyler Hoechlin, Teen Wolf) and comic books’ most famous journalist, Lois Lane (Elizabeth Tulloch, Grimm), come face to face with one of their greatest challenges ever – dealing with all the stress, pressures and complexities that come with being working parents in today’s society. Complicating the already daunting job of raising two boys, Clark and Lois must also concern themselves with whether or not their sons Jonathan (Jordan Elsass, Little Fires Everywhere) and Jordan (Alexander Garfin, The Peanuts Movie) could inherit their father’s Kryptonian superpowers as they grow older. Returning to Smallville to handle some Kent family business, Clark and Lois are reacquainted with Lana Lang (Emmanuelle Chriqui, Entourage), a local loan officer who also happens to be Clark’s first love, and her Fire Chief husband Kyle Cushing (Erik Valdez, Graceland). The adults aren’t the only ones rediscovering old friendships in Smallville as the Kent sons are reacquainted with Lana and Kyle’s rebellious daughter, Sarah (Inde Navarrette, Wander Darkly). Of course, there’s never a dull moment in the life of a superhero, especially with Lois’ father, General Samuel Lane (Dylan Walsh, Nip/Tuck) looking for Superman to vanquish a villain or save the day at a moment’s notice. Meanwhile, Superman and Lois’ return to idyllic Smallville is set to be upended when a mysterious stranger (WolĂ© Parks, All American) enters their lives.
