Watch: Christian Bale’s Reaction To Ghostbusters 3

With Ghostbusters 3 to be a reboot featuring a female cast, MTV UK caught up with a bunch of celebrities and asked who they would cast.

Christian Bale and director Ridley Scott were doing press for their latest movie Exodus: Gods and Kings, when Bale was taken off guard by the question.

“Bloody, hell. That came out of left field, didn’t it?” Bale said. “Thanks for waking us up.”

Jennifer Lawrence also stated she would like to be in the movie and offered she had dinner with director Paul Feig, but then went on to say she didn’t even know there was a Ghostbusters 2, and stated sequels aren’t any good before realizing she was promoting one with the latest Hunger Games.

In legit casting news for Ghostbusters 3, Rebel Wilson, who is starring in Night at the Museum 3, tells Today.com, “I have had a meeting,” adding that she’d wants to see the finished script, but noted she is definitely intersted. “I would even do that without the money truck. I’d do that for free. I probably shouldn’t say that live on TV.”

Wilson got her start when Ghostbusters 3 director Paul Feig cast her in Bridesmaids.
