DC announces the Injustice mobile game is getting an update which includes the addition of the Arkham Knight.

The battle rages on in the world of the Injustice: Gods Among Us mobile game. The touchscreen edition of the popular DC Universe fighting game is getting a major update, including an all-new challenge mode. In this exclusive DC All Access clip, Jason talks to Injustice Producer Erin Piepergerdes about what this means for long-time players and why if you haven’t yet played this free-to-play mobile game, it’s the perfect time to download it.

Originally launched in April 2013, Injustice: Gods Among Us is a free-to-play game that features a collectible card mechanic and engages players in 3-on-3 tag-team combat.  Players can build up their roster and pit a huge cast of DC Comics’ most popular icons such as Batman, Superman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Arrow, Aquaman and more against one another.  Injustice: Gods Among Usplayers can take this game to the next level through a connected digital ecosystem linking the mobile and console versions, providing in-game benefits through cross-platform play.  Fans who play on the mobile version and also own the PlayStation 4 computer entertainment system, PlayStation 3 computer entertainment system or Xbox 360 games and entertainment system versions are able to unlock content in the console versions that is available in the mobile game, and vice versa, by registering for a Warner Bros. ID (WBID) account and playing the game.

The Injustice: Gods Among Us mobiel game is available from the App Store on iPad, iPhone and iPod touch.  The Android version is developed by Virtuous and available on Google Play and the Amazon Appstore.
