Transformers: EarthSpark Canceled: Series Finale Arrives December 5 on Paramount+

Paramount+ released the trailer for the Transformers: EarthSpark series finale, confirming the show wraps up on December 5 with two final specials: “Hometown Heroes” and “Legacy of Hope.”

The trailer is labeled “Series Finale Official Trailer,” marking this as the end of the Maltos’ story and the Terrans’ arc.

The Final Chapter Begins December 5

The two-part conclusion brings EarthSpark to its endpoint as the Maltos, the Terrans, and the Autobots face the last and biggest challenges of the series.

Hometown Heroes

“Hometown Heroes” sets the stage for the finale by showing the cost of everything that came before. Robby gets accused of abusing his powers, pushing Mo and “Detective” Thrash to clear his name. Twitch spirals as she becomes her own obstacle.

Legacy of Hope

“Legacy of Hope” sends the Autobots and Maltos to Cybertron to search for missing allies. Thrash steps up as conflict hits the team at the worst time. Robby and Mo meet someone new, and Optimus runs into an old enemy as the show heads toward its last moments.

A Final Sendoff for EarthSpark

Transformers: EarthSpark blended heavy action with grounded themes about family, identity, and what it means for humans and Cybertronians to build a life together. The series finale closes out those ideas with one last mission and one last fight.

Who Made EarthSpark

The creative team behind the series finale remains the same:

  • Dale Malinowski — creator and co-executive producer
  • Ant Ward — co-executive producer
  • Kari Rosenberg — oversight for Hasbro Entertainment
  • Leslie Wishnevski — oversight for Nickelodeon

Nickelodeon Animation and Hasbro Entertainment produced the show for Paramount+.

Paramount also recently canceled Dora and the Tales of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series.
