According to The Sun, a stunt reportedly went wrong on Friday, where Holland “cracked his head” and was treated for concussion.
Coverage cites ongoing U.K. shoots, including Leavesden Studios (Watford) and Glasgow unit work; the incident timing lines up with the U.K. schedule.
As a result, filming is said to be paused “for a few days” while plans are adjusted.

While The Sun initially reported Holland would be out for a while, Deadline adds they’re sources are stating Holland will take a short break “out of precaution” and is expected back soon.
Tom Holland’s dad comments
At a Mayfair charity event over the weekend, Tom Holland attended with fiancée Zendaya but, according to The Sun, left early after feeling unwell.
His father, comedian Dominic Holland, told attendees Tom would be away from filming “for a while.”
However, Deadline‘s report says that Tom Holland is expected to return to filming in a few days.

Was anyone else hurt?
The Sun also reported a woman—believed to be a stunt double—was also taken to hospital. However, Deadline says no additional injuries were logged.
