Tom Hardy Teases Eddie's Apartment For Venom

If it wasn’t previously confirmed, it now appears that Tom Hardy is playing Eddie Brock in the Venom movie.

The Venom Facebook page posted a 360-degree behind-the-scenes image with: “Hard at work in Eddie’s apartment #Venom.”

Tom Hardy previously teased what appeared to be the “Agent Venom” suit worn by Flash Thompson in the comics, but the Marvel Spider-Man: Homecoming movie features a different Flash. While the Sony Venom film isn’t a part of the Marvel Studios movies, they do share the same Spider-Man.

We can guess the Venom movie may be doing some sort of adaptation of both Eddie Brock and the Agent Venom storyline from the comics.

Venom is directed by Ruben Fleischer for an October 5, 2018 release date also starring Jenny Slate, Michelle Williams and Riz Ahmed.
