Kickboxer: Vengeance has an August 19, 2016 release directed by John Stockwell.

Synopsis:

Eric and Kurt Sloane are the descendants of a well-known Venice, California-based family of martial artists. Kurt has always been in older brother, Eric’s shadow, as he lacks the instincts needed to become a champion. Against Kurt’s concerns, Eric accepts a paid offer and travels to Thailand to challenge the Muay Thai champion Tong Po and fails with dire consequences. Kurt sets out for revenge. He trains with his brother’s mentor, Durand, for a Muay Thai fight against the merciless champion, Tong Po. Durand first thinks Kurt is impossible to train, but through a series of spiritual exercises and tests, Durand discovers that Kurt has a deeper strength that will carry him through his final showdown with Tong Po.

New Deadpool Images Includes New Mutants

Check out three new Deadpool movie images debuted by Empire Magazine.

While previously thought to be an X-Men costume, it’s noted Brianna Hildebrand’s Negasonic Teenage Warhead costume is actually for New Mutants, of which is currently in development at Fox.

“This film certainly works within the context of the X-Men universe,” Reynolds told Empire, “but it doesn’t necessarily include the sensibilities of an X-Men movie. It’s like taking an X-Men character, pumping him full of LSD and then releasing him back into the fold.”

Take a first look at the set of the Deadpool movie as images have surfaced of Ryan Reynolds, Morena Baccarin, Ed Skrein and Gina Carano.

Reynolds is playing Wade Wilson, Morena Baccarin is Copycat, Carano is playing Angel Dust and Ed Skrien is Ridge.

Gina Carano Joins Deadpool

Gina Carano has joined the cast of Deadpool and will play Angel Dust.

THR reports the news, but little is known exactly how the character will fit in the movie. In the Marvel comics, Angel Dust is a member of the Morlocks, a group of outcast mutants that lives underground in the sewers. 

The powers for Angel Dust include the ability to increase her adrenaline which gives her enhanced superhuman strength, speed, agility, durability and endurance.

The report also mentions Gina Carano will star opposite Bruce Willis in Extraction previous to Deadpool.

Update: It’s also said Colossus will appear in Deadpool.

Deadpool begins filming in Vancouver in March and has a February 12, 2016 release directed by Tim Miller.
