Ubisoft has confirmed the countdown is on. From the writer of the John Wick and Nobody franchise scomes the new animated series Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell: Deathwatch, with the teaser trailer set to premiere Thursday at #AnimeNYC.

Liev Schreiber Voices Sam Fisher
The series stars Liev Schreiber (The Perfect Couple) as legendary covert operative Sam Fisher. This new take on Splinter Cell pushes the franchise into the era of hybrid warfare, offering a sharper and more modern look at espionage.

What Is Splinter Cell About?
Splinter Cell follows Sam Fisher, a black ops agent working for a secretive U.S. government division known as the Fourth Echelon.
The teaser introduces the story with a pair of goggles sinking underwater and a coffin marked “Beloved Father” for a man named Douglas Shetland. Over the scene, Fisher delivers the line:
“Once you get used to the shadows, you see bad people for who they really are. And they’ll never see you coming for them.”
