UPDATE: The July 29 Amazon early screening is now bookable, as tickets are now officially on sale alongside July 30 Thursday previews and IMAX and premium large-format showings ahead of the July 31 wide release. Early reports indicate some Prime Early Access showings are already filling up, with certain screenings listed as half full or sold out.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day is getting early screenings for Amazon Prime members, giving fans a chance to see Tom Holland’s next Spider-Man movie two days before it opens wide.
Amazon announced that verified Prime members will get access to special early screenings on July 29 through Fandango. Tickets are not on sale yet, but Prime members can sign up to be notified when they become available. The movie opens wide in U.S. theaters on July 31, 2026.

Prime Members Get Early Access
The announcement tells fans to “swing into a Prime early screening,” with the promo confirming that Prime members get early access to Spider-Man: Brand New Day on July 29.
The screenings are being offered in select theaters while supplies last. Tickets will only be available through Fandango, so this isn’t a general early release for everyone.
Amazon also released new promo art for the event, including a Spider-Man poster showing Peter Parker looking out over the city, with the Punisher skull and Hulk fist logos seen in the top corners.
Spider-Man: Brand New Day Release Info

The movie is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, who previously directed Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings for Marvel. Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker/Spider-Man, with Zendaya, Jacob Batalon, Sadie Sink, Liza Colón-Zayas, Jon Bernthal, Michael Mando, and Mark Ruffalo also attached.
Marvel’s official description says Peter Parker is now alone and fighting crime in New York City after the world no longer knows his name. As the pressure on Spider-Man grows, Peter goes through a “surprising physical evolution” that threatens his existence.
The setup follows the ending of Spider-Man: No Way Home, where Doctor Strange’s spell erased Peter Parker from everyone’s memory. Brand New Day now looks to put Holland’s Spider-Man back on the street-level path, with Peter trying to live as a full-time Spider-Man without the support system he had before.
Big Names, Big Rumors
The early screening art also keeps fueling speculation about the movie’s story.
The Hulk logo points to Mark Ruffalo’s return as Bruce Banner, while the Punisher skull points to Jon Bernthal’s Frank Castle making the jump into the Spider-Man movie side of the MCU.
Michael Mando is also back as Mac Gargan, better known to fans as Scorpion, after first appearing in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Sadie Sink’s role remains one of the biggest mysteries surrounding the movie. Rumors have pointed in different directions for months, including Jean Grey, Spider-Girl, and Gwen Stacy, but Marvel and Sony have not officially confirmed who she is playing.
For now, Prime members will get the first shot at seeing how much of the speculation is real when Spider-Man: Brand New Day swings into early screenings on July 29.
