Netflix has released the first look at its live-action series, now officially titled Scooby-Doo: Origins, as filming gets underway in Atlanta.
The image features the new Mystery Inc. cast peeking out from behind a wooden door, with a Scooby paw print on the front.

Netflix Reveals Scooby-Doo: Origins
Scooby-Doo: Origins is described as a modern reimagining of the mystery-solving group and their talking Great Dane.
The series follows Shaggy and Daphne during their final summer at camp. The two old friends get pulled into a haunting mystery involving a lost Great Dane puppy that may have witnessed a supernatural murder.
They team with Velma, a pragmatic and scientific townie, and Freddy, the strange new kid, as the case pulls them into a nightmare that threatens to expose their secrets.

First Look At The Cast
The first-look image features Tanner Hagen as Shaggy Rogers, Abby Ryder Fortson as Velma Dinkley, Mckenna Grace as Daphne Blake, and Maxwell Jenkins as Fred Jones.
Paul Walter Hauser also stars in a secret role, possibly the villain role.

Who Is Making The Series
Josh Appelbaum and Scott Rosenberg serve as showrunners, writers, and executive producers on Scooby-Doo: Origins.
Greg Berlanti, Sarah Schechter, and Leigh London Redman executive produce through Berlanti Productions under its Warner Bros. Television deal. André Nemec, Jeff Pinkner, and Adrienne Erickson executive produce through Midnight Radio. Toby Haynes also executive produces and directs the first episode.
