With Supergirl, The Flash, Legends of Tomorrow and Arrow due to return next week, The CW has revealed that Prometheus will return for the recently announced Crisis On Earth-X crossover.
EW.com reveals this isnât your ordinary Prometheus, however, as heâs the Prometheus from Earth-X, otherwise known as Prometheus-X!
The article notes there are no plans for Josh Segarra to return as Prometheus, so the question remains of just who is under the mask!
Crisis On Earth-X sees The CW superheroes taking on evil versions of themselves as all of the superheroes come to town for Barry and Irisâ wedding; however, villains from Earth-X crash the festivities with a deadly agenda.Â
âWe conceived this yearâs crossover to be evocative of the annual Justice League/Justice Society crossovers we grew up with and looked forward to as kids,â said executive producers Marc Guggenheim and Andrew Kreisberg in a statement.Â

Crisis on Earth-X kicks off Monday November 27th on Supergirl at 8pm ET, followed by a special Monday night episode of Arrow at 9pm ET and concludes on Tuesday November 28th with The Flash at 8pm ET followed by DCâs Legends of Tomorrow at 9pm ET.
