It’s learned that amid the changes made to Daredevil: Born Again includes that Iman Vellani as Ms. Marvel has been cut from the series.
As seen in the recently leaked D23 Daredevil: Born Again trailer, Kamala’s father, Yusuf, played by Mohan Kapur, still makes his way into footage. The Khan family lives in Jersey City, which is about seven miles from the home of Daredevil, Hell’s Kitchen, in NYC.
The news follows Iman Vellani starring in The Marvels, which massively bombed at the box office and is the MCU’s lowest-grossing movie, bringing in only $206 million. The film is also said to have led to a $200 million loss for Disney.
Iman Vellani’s Disney+ series, Ms. Marvel, is also the lowest-rated and least-viewed MCU series on the streamer.
The news comes from Daniel RPK who says there were plans to include Iman Vellani’s Kamala Khan/Ms. Marvel in Daredevil: Born Again. The scooper doesn’t go into the decision to have cut Ms. Marvel from the series.

However, I think I know, and in addition to what I report above, it fits with what I was first told about Daredevil: Born Again getting retooled, which was confirmed exactly as I said by the trades.
I also said Marvel was making it more in live with the mature Netflix show, something also exactly confirmed by the trades.
So I was told that originally Daredevil: Born Again was going to be on the goofier side of things fitting with Daredevil’s return in She-Hulk. Well, obviously including Ms. Marvel fits with that approach.
What happened is that Kevin Feige decided to retool Daredevil: Born Again to make it more inline with the popular Netflix series and he fired the creatives behind the series (likely as a result of shows like She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel being huge fails, along with Secret Invasion).
Out went the goofy She-Hulk garbage and we can guess Ms. Marvel along with it.

Recently has also seen the news that Eternals 2 is not happening.
It has also been reported Marvel moved away from using Simu Liu in Avengers: Kang Dynasty in favor of Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom in Avengers: Doomsday.
It’s also claimed Marvel removed the director from Captain America: Brave New World.
Feige is also said to have thrown out the disastrous plans for Blade.
Captain America: Brave New World, Thunderbolts, and Fantastic Four have also all gotten retooled, from what I have been told.
There are no plans for second seasons of She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel, and no plans for Captain Marvel 3.
