Ghost of Yotei Game Developer Drew Harrison Celebrates Death of Charlie Kirk

Drew Harrison, a senior staff character artist at Sucker Punch Productions who works on Ghost of Yotei, is facing backlash after celebrating the assassination of conservative activist Charlie Kirk.

On social media, Harrison — who goes by “drew” on Bluesky — posted: “I hope the shooter’s name is Mario so that Luigi knows his bro got his back.”

The post was made after news broke that Kirk, the founder of Turning Point USA, was shot and killed at Utah Valley University.
