Apple TV+ released the first teaser for Foundation Season 3, confirming a Friday, July 11 premiere. The 10-episode season will kick off with a single episode, followed by new weekly episodes through September 12.

Based on Isaac Asimov’s acclaimed stories, the sci-fi series continues under creator David S. Goyer with returning stars Jared Harris, Lee Pace, and Lou Llobell.

New Threat Emerges: The Mule

Season 3 picks up 152 years after the Season 2 finale. The Foundation has expanded well beyond its origins, while the Cleonic Empire is weakening. A fragile truce between the two is tested by the rise of a new warlord—The Mule. He’s a powerful force aiming to conquer the galaxy through brute strength and mind control.

Expect tensions to escalate as Hari Seldon, Gaal Dornick, the Cleons, and Demerzel face unpredictable consequences in a deadly galactic power struggle.
