Marvel Studios has released an official first look at the untitled Deadpool 3 featuring Ryan Reynolds back as the Merc With A Mouth and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine sporting the yellow costume.
Deadpool 3 recently finished filming and managed to do so while the writers strike has been going on and before an impending potential actors strike, so the flick should still be on track for its 5/3/24 release date which was actually recently pushed up six months as some of the other Marvel movies have been delayed.
The image of Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool and Hugh Jackman as Wolverine was first released on social media through the actors’ and director Shawn Levy’s Instagram Story accounts and has now been released in high res.
“Don’t blink,” Reynolds and Jackman posted while Levy posted, “Pinch me,” and all three included Deadpool and Wolverine animated emojis.
Also starring in the film includes Morena Baccarin as Vanessa, Stefan Kapicic as Colossus, Karan Soni as Dopinder, Leslie Uggams as Blind Al, Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead, Rob Delaney as Peter, Shioli Kutsuna as Yukoi, Matthew Macfadyen, with it recently reported Jennifer Garner will be back as Elektra, with Ben Affleck rumored back as Daredevil along with other Fox Marvel characters including some members of the X-Men, possibly Patrick Stewart as Professor Xavier, Halle Berry as Storm, and more.
