Daredevil Season 3 Again Confirmed For 2018 Release

Following Marvel TV officially announcing a return for this year, now it’s again said Daredevil Season 3 will be coming in 2018.

The latest comes from Netflix CEO Ted Sarandos who confirms the 2018 release in a Netflix Q2 earnings video.

“In the short term, we’ve got new seasons coming up, in the second half of this year, of Orange is the New Black, Ozark, Iron Fist, Daredevil, Narcos, the finale of House of Cards, the follow-up series to Making a Murderer,” Sarandos said.

Daredevil Season 3

Marvel TV first confirmed Daredevil Season 3 for this year way back in January when they announced that Joanne Whalley would be playing Sister Maggie.

Netflix or Marvel TV yet to announce an official premiere date.

Not much is known about Daredevil Season 3 but Vincent D’Onofrio recently teased that the Kingpin will factor into the season, with the season said to be influenced by Frank Miller’s “Born Again” storyline from the ’80s and Kevin Smith’s popular ’90s storyline, “Guardian Devil,” which sees Wilson Fisk discover the identity of the Man Without Fear and feature a massive battle with Bullseye; it’s been speculated that Wilson Bethel is playing Bullseye.

Daredevil Season 3 will premiere later this year starring Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock, the Man Without Fear, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Foggy Nelson, and Jay Ali as Rahul “Ray” Nadeem.
