Peacock’s upcoming Friday the 13th prequel series Crystal Lake has added three more actors to its main cast.
Devin Kessler, Cameron Scoggins, and Gwendolyn Sundstrom have joined the show, which already stars Linda Cardellini as Pamela Voorhees and William Catlett as Levon Brooks.
Kessler will play Briana Brooks. Scoggins plays a character named Dorf, and Sundstrom will portray Grace. Further details about the characters are under wraps.

Returning to Camp Blood
The Crystal Lake series is a prequel to the Friday the 13th movies and comes from A24 and showrunner Brad Caleb Kane (Tokyo Vice, Black Sails). The series aims to explore the events leading up to Jason Voorhees’ transformation into the hockey-masked slasher icon.
Cardellini plays Pamela Voorhees, Jason’s disturbed and vengeful mother. The role was originally made famous by Betsy Palmer in the 1980 film and later portrayed by others in sequels and reboots.
The show’s full executive producer lineup includes Kane, Marc Toberoff, Victor Miller, Robert M. Barsamian, Robert P. Barsamian, and Stuart Manashil.
Directors and Episodes
Directing duties are split across several filmmakers:
- Michael Lennox (episodes 101–103)
- Celine Held and Logan George (episodes 104–106)
- Quyen Tran (episodes 107–108)
Lennox also executive produces.
