Following the news that LexCorp had parted ways with Jesse Eiseberg’s Lex Luthor following the events of Batman Vs. Superman, now LexCorp has announced something big is coming in 2017, which also coincides with the release of the Justice League movie.

“We hope we haven’t lost you as our valuable client,” The official LexCorp Industries Instagram account posted. “Something big is coming. Our newest project will be fully functioning by 2017. Thank you for standing by our side.”

The account also posted the hashtag: #timeforchange.

Obviously this may not mean much as it’s just part of the LexCorp viral marketing strategy, but seeing how many fans were disappointed with Jesse Eisenberg’s Lex Luthor, perhaps it is time for a change?

Zack Snyder starts filming Justice League on April 11th for a November 17, 2017 release.

“Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice” is directed by Zack Snyder starring Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Amy Adams as Lois Lane, Laurence Fishburne as Perry White, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Jeremy Irons as Alfred, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Ray Fisher as Cyborg with Callan Mulvey, Holly Hunter as Senator Finch and Tao Okamoto as Mercy Graves.

Synopsis:

Fearing the actions of a god-like Super Hero left unchecked, Gotham City’s own formidable, forceful vigilante takes on Metropolis’s most revered, modern-day savior, while the world wrestles with what sort of hero it really needs. And with Batman and Superman at war with one another, a new threat quickly arises, putting mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before.
