Justice League director Zack Snyder participates in a Q&A where he is asked if he likes Marvel and responds in the affirmative adding he also likes Hulk and Iron Man.
Snyder answered questions as part of Wired’s “Answers the Web’s Most Searched Questions” series on YouTube.
“Does Zack Snyder like Marvel?” Snyder read out loud. “I do like Marvel. I like Marvel movies, and I like Marvel comics. The Hulk has always been one of my favorites, forever, and Iron Man. The answer is yes. I do like Marvel.”
Additional questions include: Does Zack Snyder write comics?
Snyder replied, “Write comics? I have not written a comic. I should. So maybe after this, I’ll go write a comic. Note to self: write a comic.”
Another question asked why his Justice League movie is rated R.
“I think it’s rated R for violence… and nudity. No. Not nudity. That would be cool,” Snyder joked nodding his head up and down. “The ratings board doesn’t like it when superhero movies are violent so…”
As Zack’s Army of the Dead comes out Friday and is playing in select theaters, Snyder is also asked why zombies?
“I think the great thing about zombies is they are very sort of like post-modern. It’s like what if the monster was just society? You know? And that’s kind of fun so…” said Snyder.
