Netflix has released an official first look at Liam Hemsworth in The Witcher Season 4 as Geralt of Rivia, replacing Henry Cavill who left the series after Season 3.
Netflix is currently filming seasons four and five back-to-back, which will conclude the series.
An official image of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt and a promo video have been released. See below.

âLook has been in development for over a yearâ
âHis look has been in development for over a year, so itâs thrilling to finally share an official sneak peek of Liam Hemsworth as Geralt of Rivia,â Showrunner Lauren S. Hissrich filled in EW.com.
Hissrich continued, âCast and crew alike have been struck by the passion, energy, and embodiment Liam has brought to the character from Day 1 â scruffy beard, iconic scar, and all! Weâre having so much fun filming season 4 and are excited to welcome fans along on this journey with us.â
Henry Cavill announced his exit from The Witcher last year, which was followed up by the announcement that Liam Hemsworth is taking over the role.
âAs a Witcher fan, Iâm over the moon about the opportunity to play Geralt of Rivia,â Hemsworth said in a previous statement at the time. âHenry Cavill has been an incredible Geralt, and Iâm honored that heâs handing me the reins and allowing me to take up the White Wolfâs blades for the next chapter of his adventure. Henry, Iâve been a fan of yours for years and was inspired by what you brought to this beloved character. I may have some big boots to fill, but Iâm truly excited to be stepping into The Witcher world.â
