Captain America (1990) was directed by Albert Pyun (Cyborg, Sword and the Stone, Kickboxer 4) starring Matt Salinger as Steve Rogers/Captain America and Scott Paulin as Red Skull. The movie saw a delayed straight-to-video release in 1992.
