Marvel's Vision Quest Said To Be 8 Episodes

Marvel’s Vision Quest series is said to consist of 8 episodes, as confirmed by production designer Will Hughes-Jones on his official website.

The upcoming Disney+ show continues the story of White Vision following WandaVision and is expected to drop sometime in 2026.

Filming Ends in July

Filming for Vision Quest started earlier this year and is expected to wrap by the end of July, according to the website. Production is taking place in the UK under the working title “Tin Man.”

What It’s About

The series follows Vision after regaining his memories and identity during WandaVision. While Marvel hasn’t revealed an official plot synopsis, reports suggest it will deal with Vision’s attempts to find his place in a world that thinks he’s dead. The series is also thought to follow MCU androids and AIs getting turned into human form.

Part of a Trilogy

Vision Quest is also considered the final entry in a loose trilogy that started with WandaVision and continued with Agatha All Along, released last year.

Agatha All Along wrapped in October 2024, and may have also set up Vision Quest. The ending features Billy Kaplan searching for his twin Tommy, who is said to be in Vision Quest, played by Ruaridh Mollica.

Starring includes Paul Bettany returning as Vision, James Spader reprises his role as Ultron, T’Nia Miller is reportedly playing Jocasta, Emily Hampshire is said to be E.D.I.T.H., with Kerry Condon said to be F.R.I.D.A.Y., James D’Arcy as Edwin Jarvis, Ruaridh Mollica as Tommy Maximoff/Speed, and Todd Stashwick and Faran Tahir.

Creative Team

Terry Matalas (Star Trek: Picard) serves as showrunner, with directing duties shared by Matalas, Gandja Monteiro, Vincenzo Natali, and Christopher J. Byrne. Production design is handled by Will Hughes-Jones.
