Tom Cruises Teases Mission Impossible With Epic Sky Dive

Tom Cruise and director Christopher McQuarrie tease Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning – Part One by releasing an epic sky diving video of the actor.

A “Special Announcement From The Set” video has been released which sees the actor, who is known for performing his own stunts, thanking the fans.

“Hey everyone, here we are over stunning South Africa, and we’re filming Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning parts one and two,” Cruise says. “I didn’t want the year to end without thanking you all for coming out to the theaters, and thank you for supporting Top Gun: Maverick.

McQuarrie chimes in, “Hey, listen, we really have got to roll. We’ve got to get this shot.”

Cruise asks him if he is coming and McQuarrie replies with a fist bump, “Not on your life. Good luck,” and Cruise responds, “Okay, we’ll see you down there.”

Tom Cruise then falls out of the plan, “Wooh!”

“As always, thank you for allowing us to entertain you. It truly is the honor of a lifetime,” Cruise says as he falls. “I’m running out of altitude, so I’ve got to get back to work. We’ve got to get this shot. You have a very safe and happy holiday. We’ll see you at the movies.”

Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning – Part One gets released July 14, 2023 and follows Cruises Top Gun: Maverick from this year that made over $1.4 million.

Part Two gets released on June 28, 2024.

McQuarrie also wrote the script for Top Gun: Maverick, and teamed with Cruise on Mission Impossible Rogue Nation and Fallout that brought in around $1.4 billion.
