The CW promotes the highly anticipated return of Superman & Lois as the series has been on hiatus and returns on Tuesday, May 18.
Superman & Lois went on hiatus due to COVID interfering with production; so not enough episodes were filmed to fill the complete schedule, but the good news is the show returns next month.
In the meantime, The CW has been airing the last season of Supergirl, Season 6, which hasn’t been doing all that well as Supergirl has its lowest ratings ever with its latest episode.
What’s particularly alarming for Supergirl is that over 500k of the Superman viewers have tuned it out in the same timeslot. Let’s just hope those viewers return when Superman & Lois comes back in May.

Of course, there’s never a dull moment in the life of a superhero, especially with Lois’ father, General Samuel Lane (Dylan Walsh, “Nip/Tuck”) looking for Superman to vanquish a villain or save the day at a moment’s notice. Meanwhile, Superman and Lois’ return to idyllic Smallville is set to be upended when both a mysterious stranger (Wolé Parks, “All American”) and impassioned self-made mogul Morgan Edge (Adam Rayner, “Tyrant”) enter their lives.
