Stephen Amell Confirmed For SummerSlam

Stephen Amell is confirmed for WWE’s SummerSlam.

Amell appeared earlier tonight on WWE RAW as a guest star where WWE Superstar Cody Rhodes confronted and slapped the Arrow actor.

Amell, who was enjoying the show sitting by ringside, was slapped in the face by Stardust. Amell then proceeded to chase Stardust into the ring where he tackled Stardust and proceeded to drop elbows on to the face of Rhodes. WWE security quickly entered the ring to break things up.

Following the commercial break, Amell was shown in the back with WWE Superstar Neville and head of The Authority, Triple H. Amell told Triple H he’ll sign whatever it takes so he can take on Cody Rhodes. Triple H told Amell he better have everything signed by 9am tomorrow and not to bring a stunt double.

The match for August 23rd’s SummerSlam will be Stephen Amell and Neville vs. Stardust and Wade Barrett.
