The Spider-Man: No Way Home trailer has leaked online early, ahead of what is thought to be a Monday release.

The trailer which is apparently an unfinished version hit the net offering a look at footage from the movie with the special effects not complete.

While it was initially thought to be a fake due to it being unfinished, Sony Pictures has apparently been taking the videos down, so it seems to be legit.

It has also been said the Sony Germany YouTube channel has created a Spider-Man: No Way Home playlist, so it’s thought the trailer will be released sooner rather than later.

Kevin Feige also recently touched upon the trailer release and confirmed the release date, as Feige told CinemaBlend, “Honestly, I’ve seen the fervor online. It has not necessarily occurred to me that it is any more or less secret than any of our other projects. I think all of our projects… we want to preserve surprises. That’s all the secrecy is for. It will be in theaters on December 17, and there will be a trailer before that, you can be assured.”

Spider-Man: No Way Home has a December 17, 2021 release date directed by Jon Watts and stars Tom Holland as the titular character and Peter Parker, Benedict Cumberbatch as Doctor Strange, Zendaya as MJ, Jamie Foxx as Electro, Alfred Molina as Doc Ock, J.K. Simmons as J. Jonah Jameson, Marisa Tomei as Aunt May, Jacob Batalon as Ned, Tony Revolori as Flash Thompson, Angourie Rice as Betty Brant, with it also said Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield will be back as their respective versions of Spider-Man.
