Spider-Man: Andrew Garfield Says Leak Is Fake

Spider-Man: Andrew Garfield Says Leak Is Fake

Earlier this week saw an alleged set video leak online (watch below) from Spider-Man: No Way Home featuring Andrew Garfield but once again the actor is denying anything to do with the movie.

Andrew Garfield appeared on Jimmy Fallon last night where Fallon asked about the leak.

“I’m not sure about that,” said Garfield with a big smile.

When asked if Garfield saw the leak, Garfield replied, “What are you talking about? Well, if you show me the photo I can tell you whether it’s me… or whether it’s the real thing.”

Fallon noted it’s been erased off the internet, which saw Garfield shoot back, “Well, how convenient! Detective Fallon!”

Garfield did confirm he saw the image.

“I heard about it. I did see it, and it’s a photoshop,” he said which saw Fallon reply, “No.”

“I’m trying to manage expectations! You say, ‘No!’ Oh, you say, ‘No!’” Garfield continued with a laugh. “If they want to give me a call at this late, late stage of the game, you know, I’m sitting here in my tracksuit.”

The actor also said he saw the trailer and that he is “excited” for the movie.

“I think that Tom Holland is the perfect Peter Parker and Spider-Man so I am just super stoked,” Garfield said. “And I just to get like be a fan again which is like my preferred position and to sit in the audience and be like, “Yeah! You screwed up mate! You didn’t do it as well as you could have!’ I get to be that guy…”
