At New York Comic Con on Friday, it was officially announced that Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will be arriving on PC on January 30, 2025. The highly acclaimed sequel will be available via Steam and the Epic Games Store, and fans can wishlist the game starting now.
Developed by Nixxes Software in Collaboration with Insomniac Games
The PC version of Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 is being developed and optimized by Nixxes Software, known for their exceptional work on Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales on PC. This collaboration with Insomniac Games, PlayStation, and Marvel Games ensures that the game will offer the best possible experience for PC players, with features designed to take full advantage of various setups and configurations.

Enhanced Features and Editions: What to Expect
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 will launch on PC with two editions: the Standard Edition and the Digital Deluxe Edition (DDE). Here’s what each version offers:
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 – Standard Edition
- The complete game with all updates since the PS5 release, including:
- 14 new suits
- New Game+
- Ultimate Levels
- Symbiote Suit Styles
- Time of Day options
- Post-Game Achievements
- Action Figure Mode in Photo Mode
- Accessibility features such as Screen Reader and Audio Descriptions
Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 – Digital Deluxe Edition (DDE)
- Everything in the Standard Edition, plus:
- 5 exclusive suits for Peter Parker
- 5 exclusive suits for Miles Morales
- Early unlocks for the Arachknight Suit (Peter) and Shadow-Spider Suit (Miles)
- Early unlock for the Web Grabber gadget
- +5 skill points
- Additional Photo Mode items
Both editions will be available for pre-order, and players can also opt to upgrade from the Standard Edition to the DDE, similar to the PS5 version.

Expanded Adventures in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
The PC release will bring the same thrilling story that captivated fans on PS5. Players will continue the adventures of Peter Parker and Miles Morales as they face new foes like Venom and Kraven. The game introduces new abilities such as Symbiote Surge and Web Wings, alongside expanded gameplay across Marvel’s New York, featuring new boroughs and side missions to explore.
Although no additional story content is planned, the PC version will include all previously released post-launch content, including new suits, color variants, and features for Photo Mode. Plus, the Fly N’ Fresh Suit Pack, a charity collaboration with Gameheads, will be available for PC players at launch at no extra cost.
