Skyscraper Rotten Tomatoes Score Is In

Skyscraper, starring Dwayne Johnson, opened this week in theaters, and its Rotten Tomatoes score is now in.

The film has a current Rotten Tomatoes score of 51% with 74 Fresh to 70 Rotten; however, the fans liked the movie a lot better than the critics as 80% of the audience stated they liked it.

Dwayne Johnson’s last three movies came in on Rotten Tomatoes at: Rampage – 52%, Jumanji – 76%, Baywatch – 18%.

Skyscraper also appears to be bombing at the box office as it is projected to come in third with around $19-21 million, trailing behind Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation ($40M-$42M) and Marvel’s Ant-Man and the Wasp ($30M-$32M).

Skyscraper, a 3D action-thriller, is now in theaters also starring Neve Campbell, Chin Han, Pablo Schreiber, and Hannah Quinlivan.

Global icon Dwayne Johnson leads the cast of Legendary’s Skyscraper as former FBI Hostage Rescue Team leader and U.S. war veteran Will Sawyer, who now assesses security for skyscrapers.  On assignment in China he finds the tallest, safest building in the world suddenly ablaze, and he’s been framed for it.  A wanted man on the run, Will must find those responsible, clear his name and somehow rescue his family who is trapped inside the building…above the fire line.
