Marvel stars Robert Downey Jr. and Chris Evans are headed to the Oscars stage as presenters.
The Academy announced Downey and Evans are among the latest stars tapped to present at the 98th Oscars, which airs live Sunday, March 15, 2026.
It’s a fun mini-reunion for Marvel fans (not confirmed to present together), especially with the pair set to reunite again later this year in December’s Avengers: Doomsday.

Per the official announcement, Robert Downey Jr. is confirmed as one of the presenters.
Chris Evans was already listed in the previously announced group of presenters, putting both MCU icons in the same Oscars lineup.
The newly announced presenters include: Will Arnett, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Robert Downey Jr., Anne Hathaway, Paul Mescal, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
Previously announced presenters include: Adrien Brody, Javier Bardem, Kieran Culkin, Chris Evans, Chase Infiniti, Mikey Madison, Demi Moore, Kumail Nanjiani, Maya Rudolph, and Zoe Saldaña.

Oscars air date, time, and where to watch
The 98th Oscars will air live on ABC and stream live on Hulu on Sunday, March 15, 2026.
Start times: 7 p.m. ET / 4 p.m. PT
The official live red carpet show begins: 6:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. PT
The ceremony takes place at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles, and will be carried live in more than 200 territories worldwide.
