Lizzy Caplan Joins Channing Tatum In X-Men Gambit Movie

The X-Men movie, Gambit, continues moving forward as it’s learned Lizzy Caplan has joined Channing Tatum as part of the cast.

While not specifically named, it’s possible Lizzy Caplan could be playing Bella Donna Boudreaux, the leader of the Assassins Guild and love interest of Gambit.

Gambit has a February 14, 2019 release date directed by Gore Verbinksi.

Channing Tatum will star as Remy LeBeau, aka Gambit, the mutant who has the ability to convert the potential energy into kinetic energy often using energy-charged playing cards as projectiles.

Channing Tatum is also on board Gambit as producer in addition to Reid Carolin, and X-Men’s Lauren Shuler Donner and Simon Kinberg. Josh Zetumer (Patriot’s Day, RoboCop, The Infamous) wrote the script.

Lizzy Caplan is known for roles in Cloverfield, Mean Girls, The League, Masters of Sex and the upcoming James Franco-directed film The Disaster Artist and also stars opposite of Michael Pena in the sci-fi film Extinction.
